It’s time to break the bias and celebrate the role of survivors in our communities and organisations. At SEEdS Wales we encourage survivors in positions of leadership to help create positive environments that break down the stigma and shame that many survivors feel.
Anyone, from any background can experience domestic abuse. Not all survivors have the opportunity or safety to share their stories.
Our directors are media-aware survivors who are experienced public speakers and workshop facilitators. We are passionate about educating organisations and individuals on domestic abuse. We share our lived experience and insights to create culture change and share a message of hope for other survivors.
As leaders in our workplaces, unions and communities we make ourselves visible to #BreakTheBias that still exists and show other survivors that they are not alone.
